STAAR Alternate 2: Before, During, and After the Assessment - 36216
This professional learning session is for teachers and other professionals who will be preparing accommodations and administering the STAAR Alternate 2 during the spring of 2026. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the Test Administrator Guide and website resources available for use when preparing and administering the STAAR Alternate 2. Workshop participants will need an electronic device (preferably a laptop or tablet) to access and reference the STAAR Alt-2 Test Administrator Guide during the session. This session is aligned with the TEA-required Self-Assessment indicators 7 (IEP Content and Development) and 10 (State Assessment Participation).

This training was created by Texas SPED Support in collaboration with the Texas Education Agency with state and federal grants.
