Autism and Deaf/Hard of Hearing: Similarities, Differences, and Coexistence - 35823
This session will discuss the neurobiology of autism and address best practice strategies when working with students with autism who are also deaf or hard of hearing (DHH). This session focuses on the Instructional Strategies, FAPE, and IEP Implementation portions of the Special Education Self-Assessment.
