McKinney-Vento 301 - 35733
High mobility due to homelessness can have a profound negative consequence on a student’s academic success and emotional well being. As a result, every school district and open-enrollment charter school are required to develop systems to ease transitions of homeless students. Join us as we examine the Commissioner's Rules Concerning Transition Assistance for Highly Mobile Students and identify the district’s role in ensuring students have the supports they need to succeed.
