2025-2026 Executive Leadership Compass - 35537
This four-part professional learning series equips superintendents and executive-level leaders with the tools to lead strategically through change, build sustainable leadership pipelines, and drive system-wide improvement. Each session integrates timely just-in-time updates, expert panels, and high-impact district practices aligned to TEA priorities. Sessions are designed to support both in-person and virtual participants through collaborative problem-solving, strategic planning, and alignment of vision, culture, and outcomes.
