This four-part academy series is designed specifically for campus administrators seeking to expand their leadership toolkit and build capacity in emergent bilingual education. The academy provides a comprehensive overview of key topics essential to enhancing Bilingual and ESL programs. Each session offers a focused opportunity to deepen understanding and develop skills critical to leading and improving emergent bilingual initiatives. Session 1: LPAC (Language Proficiency Assessment Committee) In this first session, participants will explore the role and responsibilities of the LPAC, including compliance requirements, effective decision-making processes, and best practices for supporting emergent bilingual students.
