Teacher Incentive Allotment 103: Developing a Compensation Framework - 35446
Teacher Incentive Allotment 103: Developing a Compensation Framework” helps administrators create an effective and compliant TIA compensation plan. It covers developing a spending plan, adhering to the 90/10 rule (using at least 90% of funds for teacher compensation), engaging stakeholders, and managing teacher movement. This course blends theory with practical tools for a robust compensation framework. We highly encourage TIA leads to bring along a collaborative team member or two from your district. Together, you’ll be able to make the most of the planning session and build a stronger strategy for your district.
