Team Transition Quarterly Meet-Ups - 35421
Join us for the Team Transition Quarterly Meet-Ups, a dynamic opportunity for Region 11 TEDs, transition specialists, and transition educators to collaborate, share insights, and enhance transition services for students with disabilities. Each session will feature updates on federal and state requirements, best practices, and innovative strategies to support successful student transitions. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, problem-solving sessions, and networking opportunities to refine their LEA’s transition practices. These meet-ups provide a supportive space to exchange ideas, address challenges, and strengthen transition planning efforts across the region. This session is aligned with the secondary transition and graduation component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicators 13 and 14.
