Each session will feature updates on federal and state requirements, best practices, and innovative strategies to support successful student transitions. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, problem-solving sessions, and networking opportunities to refine their LEA’s transition practices. These meet-ups provide a supportive space to exchange ideas, address challenges, and strengthen transition planning efforts across the region. This session is aligned with the secondary transition and graduation  component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicators 13 and 14.
