Sustaining Quality: Using the Observation Tool to Support Bluebonnet Learning Through PLCs - 35373
This session supports campus leaders in using the Bluebonnet Observation Tool as a means to sustain instructional quality and align PLC conversations with what’s happening in classrooms. Participants will explore how to use the tool to gather meaningful, non-evaluative insights and bring those observations back to PLCs in ways that foster reflective dialogue, celebrate growth, and address areas for improvement. Emphasis will be placed on calibrating to the Bluebonnet vision for learning and using observation data to strengthen the connection between teacher practice and student outcomes.
