What You Need to Know about an ARD Meeting for General Education Teachers - 35371
Preparing for and navigating an IEP/ARD meeting can sometimes feel overwhelming. Understanding how to prepare, what to expect during the meeting, and what steps to take afterward can be challenging. In this session, participants will learn about their legal and procedural responsibilities related to the development and implementation of the IEP. As required members of the IEP team, special education teachers must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to support student success.
This session is aligned with the IEP Content, Development, and Implementation components of the TEA-required self-assessment.
