Participants will gain insight into how establishing rapport with students supports their engagement and success in the classroom. Additionally, we will review practical techniques for fostering student-teacher connections and how clear, respectful communication plays a role. Finally, we will practice strategies for setting appropriate boundaries to support a structured and productive learning environment. This session is aligned with the behavior component of the TEA-required self-assessment.
