Part II of the FVE: "Learning the Administration of the Functional Vocational Evaluation Through Case Study Reviews and Design Thinking" - VIRTUAL - 34737
Participants will engage in analyzing the FVE model through case studies and design thinking which takes a person-centered approach to decision-making and problem-solving. The stages of analysis will include efficient data collection through the use of existing data from multi-disciplinary sources, planning the evaluation, conducting the evaluation, analyzing the results, and using evaluation data to develop a results-driven transition services in a reasonably calculated IEP.This session is aligned with the Secondary Transition component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicator 14.

Objectives
After attending the sessions, participants will identify legal requirements of the FVE, national and state guidance, as well as tools to utilize for these evaluations to include in an IEP.
