Bluebonnet Learning: Planning Leadership Launch - 34724
This one-day workshop for LEA leadership planning for the implementation of Bluebonnet Learning provides a comprehensive overview of the year ahead. Participants will gain clarity on the expectations, key milestones, and collaborative processes that will shape their work. While this session will not involve hands-on implementation, it will establish a shared understanding of the instructional framework, high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), and the contextual assessment needed to tailor support effectively.

Leaders will dive deeply into the processes of crafting a roadmap, developing a technical plan, mastering communication, internalizing systems, and fostering collaboration during this launch.
