Bluebonnet Learning Planning: Kickoff - 34709
This session provides a comprehensive roadmap for LEAs planning to develop a strong instructional framework in reading or math. We'll discuss how to develop an instructional framework to guide key decisions in your LEA, a diagnostic of your current state of instructional materials and instruction, supporting and developing an instructional framework rollout plan. We'll discuss the necessary steps in crafting a winning communication plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and empowered.

This session is only open to LASO Cycle 3 planning grant awardees and LEAs planningĀ for future use of Bluebonnet Learning.
Objectives
Administrators, campus leaders, and instructional coaches will gain insights into the support available throughout the planning year. They will also explore preparation for and ultimately assess the feasibility of implementing open educational resources (OER).
