Implementation Support for HQIM: Leading Lesson Rehearsal - 34079
This three-hour training session is designed to equip educational leaders with the vital skills necessary to support the practice of lesson rehearsal within the framework of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Participants will engage in learning strategies to facilitate effective lesson rehearsals, ensuring that the initial delivery of instruction is of the highest quality. The session will combine theoretical insights with practical applications, enabling leaders to foster collaborative environments where teachers can rehearse challenging aspects of their lessons and receive constructive feedback from peers, coaches, and facilitators. This session will also explore how lesson rehearsal can be integrated with other protocols such as lesson internalization and observation feedback to maximize instructional effectiveness.

Prerequisite/Special Notes
This training is specific to the implementation of HQIM products and an agreement to receive year long support from Texas Lesson Study. This is the fourth of ten trainings for HQIM implementation.

By the end of this three-hour training session, educational leaders will develop the essential skills to effectively support and facilitate lesson rehearsals using High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). They will acquire strategies to ensure that the first delivery of instruction is of the highest quality by incorporating collaborative feedback and practical rehearsal techniques.
