This three-hour training session is designed to equip educational leaders with the essential skills to facilitate the "Going Deeper" section of unit and lesson internalization within the framework of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). Participants will engage in strategies to help coaches lead their PLC teams in a deeper understanding and internalization of HQIM. The session will blend theoretical insights with practical applications, enabling leaders to effectively guide their teams in thoroughly exploring and internalizing the instructional materials. This session will also emphasize techniques for facilitating deeper discussions and reflections on HQIM.
