Conducting teacher evaluations for every Texas teacher using the Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) is essential to being an administrator or part of campus leadership. As an instructional leader, it is crucial to highlight, collaborate, and discuss critical dimensions and expectations throughout the evaluation process. This session will discuss the T-TESS observational elements pertaining to all specialized educational settings.
