Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) is a suite of trainings to support district and campus administrators and teacher leaders to develop a systematic way of providing teacher feedback, facilitate data meetings, align lesson plans and formative assessments, and build a strong student culture. TIL Lesson Alignment and Formative Assessment levers provide leaders with the skills to provide feedback to teachers on submitted lesson plans to ensure alignment to the end-goal assessments. This includes principal supervisors' training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and implementation support visit calls. Implementation support visit calls and coaching sessions with an ESC coach provide the Principal Manager(s) with the skills to provide feedback and monitor campus leaders' TIL Lesson Alignment and Formative Assessment implementation plan.
