Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) provides comprehensive training for district and campus administrators and teacher leaders, focusing on teacher feedback, data meetings, lesson plan alignment, and fostering a positive student culture. TIL's Observation and Feedback equips leaders with skills to develop robust implementation plans and calendar blocking strategies. Implementation support, including coaching sessions with ESC coaches, ensures effective Observation and Feedback plan execution by campus leaders.
