The Building Blocks series will prepare early childhood educators for the important role of promoting young children's healthy social and emotional development. Join us for this virtual session to learn how schedules and transitions can be designed to promote the engagement of every child.
This session is aligned with the Instructional Strategies and Behavior components of the TEA-required self-assessment.

This session is intended for early childhood educators.
Objectives
Participants will identify resources to support direct teach of schedules, routines, transitions, and rules.
Participants will examine how to balance activities to encourage student engagement.
Participants will learn to implement visual cues throughout the day to help children understand what to do.
