TX CAN Online Course Discussion Group: Building an Authentic Academic Response - 28855
We are so excited about the opportunity to dialogue with you about what you have learned from our TX CAN online courses! We know that learners who engage in robust discussions about what they have learned are able to process information better as well as think about implementation at a deeper level (Cashin, 2011). Our focus for this discussion will be on building authentic academic responses. A very small population of students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities may not yet exhibit an authentic academic response; therefore, we invite you to share best practices for how you address this need amongst your small population of students.
