Culturally Responsive Pedagogy (Zoom Cloud Meeting) - 25883

Research has shown that children learn best when their culture and language are reflected in the school's curriculum (Ladson-Billings, 1997; Tatum, 2003; Gay, 2000; Franklin, et al., 2001; Howard, 1999). In this session, the learner will explore how critical consciousness, cultural humility, and cultural competence are necessary to create culturally responsive learning environments for all children.
