Leading Learning: An Instructional Framework Collaborative - 37409

Developing a coherent instructional framework is essential for creating alignment across schools, supporting educators, and improving student outcomes. In this collaborative learning series, district leadership teams will work alongside ESC consultants and regional colleagues to design or refine a districtwide instructional framework that reflects their vision for the teaching and learning of reading or math. Through five facilitated sessions, participants will engage stakeholders, build consensus around instructional priorities, and develop a practical implementation plan. Between meetings, teams will apply their learning within their districts and return prepared to advance to the next phase of the work. Participants will leave with the tools, resources, and strategic guidance needed to lead sustainable instructional change.
