LPAC Compliance Series: Annual Review, Monitoring, and Reclassification LPAC Virtual - 35501

This virtual series is designed exclusively for EB program leaders and campus LPAC administrators to support compliance with Texas LPAC requirements. Participants will gain critical updates and guidance related to the identification of Emergent Bilingual (EB) students, PEIMS coding, LPAC/ARD collaboration, state assessment decisions, reclassification, and monitoring processes. The session will also offer dedicated time for questions based on participants’ prior review of TEA’s LPAC guidance documents and training presentations. The session will also cover procedures and timelines for conducting end-of-year LPAC meetings, outline the post-reclassification monitoring process for Years 1 and 2, and highlight documentation requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal policies. Please note: this is not a “training-of-trainers” (TOT) session and is intended solely for the designated EB program leader and campus LPAC administrator.
