DMAC: Calibrating Walkthrough Data: Identifying Trends & Ensuring Consistency - 35516

In this session, participants will learn how to pull mid-year walkthrough data from DMAC and analyze it for potential skew and discrepancies. Using disaggregated dimension ratings by district, campus, appraiser, subject, and grade, attendees will identify trends and areas needing alignment. The session will also provide strategies for developing calibration plans to ensure consistency across evaluators, ultimately supporting a more equitable and data-driven approach to teacher growth.
