Leading the Work: Designing PLC Agendas that Drive Bluebonnet Implementation - 35369
This three-hour session is designed to empower leaders with the essential skills for supporting the implementation of Bluebonnet Learning materials within their PLCs. Participants will gain practical insights into creating focused agendas and embrace their leadership roles to ensure successful execution. This course offers a blend of technical and adaptive components as well as an organizational system, allowing leaders time to immediately apply what they learn.
