(Everman) ECSE Power Up - 35355
Get ready to power up your skills and create an engaging learning environment for every child! This training is designed to equip new early childhood special education (ECSE) teachers with the essential knowledge and tools to start the school year with confidence. This hands-on session will cover ECSE fundamentals, effective classroom design, state standards, and high-leverage, evidence-based practices. Participants will explore the power of visual supports and create their own take-home materials to use in their classrooms right away. This session is aligned with the instructional strategies component of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicator 6.

Objectives
By the end of this session, early childhood special education teachers will apply ECSE fundamentals, utilize visual supports, and design engaging classrooms, leaving with practical materials and a coaching plan for ongoing support.
