Research-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS) for Reading Language Arts (RLA) - 34901
Research-Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS) RLA are instructional strategies representing the most significant changes needed to bridge the gap between research and practice. This fast-paced RLA RBIS session will cover Foundational Skills, Text Complexity, Knowledge Coherence, and Text-Based Responses. Participants will explore thinking differently about RLA and what changes could benefit the students they serve.

Central Office Administrators, Teacher - Early Childhood/PreK/Kindergarten, Teacher - Elementary (Grades 1-5), Teacher - General Education, Assistant Principals, Instructional Coaches/Support Specialists, Principals

Please note: This session is only open to LASO grant awardees and districts who are adopting Bluebonnet Learning.
Objectives
Participants will explore and identify instructional strategies to bridge the gap between research and practice in RLA Foundational Skills, Text Complexity, Knowledge Coherence, and Text-Based Responses.
