ECSE Power Up - 34719
Get ready to power up your skills and create an engaging learning environment for every child! This training is designed to equip new early childhood special education (ECSE) teachers with the essential knowledge and tools to start the school year with confidence. This hands-on session will cover ECSE fundamentals, effective classroom design, state standards, and high-leverage, evidence-based practices. Participants will explore the power of visual supports and create their own take-home materials to use in their classrooms right away. To keep the momentum going, each participant will receive a follow-up coaching session at their campus to reinforce learning and provide personalized support. This session is aligned with the instructional strategies component of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicator 6.
