This focused three-hour training session is designed to empower leaders with the essential skills for supporting the implementation of HQIM materials within their PLCs. Participants will gain practical insights into creating impactful agendas and embracing their leadership roles to ensure successful execution. This course offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, enabling leaders to immediately apply what they learn.

Prerequisite/Special Notes
This training is specific to the implementation of HQIM products and an agreement to receive year long support from Texas Lesson Study. This is the first of ten trainings for HQIM implementation.

They will be equipped with practical tools and strategies to tackle implementation challenges and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
