Bite-Sized Transition Components (Coordinated Set of Activities) Virtual - 33541

This statewide training provides Texas educators with information to develop the necessary transition services to facilitate the student’s movement from school to adult life. Whether new or experienced at creating a coordinated set of activities, this training will be a valuable addition to your transition tool kit. This session was developed by the Student-Centered Transitions Network and is aligned with the transition component of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPPI-13.
