CBLI - Content-Based Language Instruction for Secondary ELAR/Social Studies - 32993

This professional development session equips Secondary ELAR/Social Studies teachers with practical, evidence-based strategies to support Emergent Bilingual (EB) students. Grounded in the practices of Content-Based Language Instruction, the session offers ready-to-use tools that integrate language development with content learning. Educators will explore approaches that enhance academic achievement and foster language growth within any program model or setting, including Dual Language Immersion (DLI), Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE), and English as a Second Language (ESL).
