This is Session #2 of the ESC Region 11 Instructional Leaders' meeting on February 9, 2023, 12;30-2:30 p.m. Jonathon Delgado, TEA Accountability Outreach Coordinator, will be with our regional leaders on February 9 for a special session on the 2023 Accountability Refresh. The final TEA recommendations to ESSA for Closing the Gaps Domain will be submitted on February 1, so he will have the most up-to-date information to review with our region following TEA’s final decisions on this area. Also, he will review the updated 2023 Refresh changes by domain and proposed changes for Student Progress, CCMR, and Student STAAR Component calculations for the Student Achievement Domain. Leaders must register to attend, but there is not cost if your district/charter is part of the Instructional Solutions and Support Contract. Prior registration is needed to ensure that the session will include a minimum of 30 attendees for his travel to be in-person at ESC Region 11.
