Creating Clarity: Roles and Responsibilities that Lead to Action - 25930
During this hour-long session, administrators will engage in activities to increase clarity around administrative team roles and responsibilities. Activities will include: Creating a RACI matrix, identifying wildly important goals, identifying lead and lag measures, determining a scorecard, and identifying barriers to the administrative team's work.
