This four-part virtual series is designed specifically for new Emergent Bilingual (EB) program leaders in Region 11 who are in their first through third year in the position. Participants should be the individuals responsible for programmatic decisions and for ensuring federal and state compliance within their LEA or charter school. Each session will focus on building foundational knowledge of Bilingual, ESL, and Title III program requirements, while providing practical guidance to support the development of compliant and effective systems and processes. The series aims to build the capacity and confidence of new EB program leaders by offering timely, relevant support aligned with state and federal expectations.
