Title I Part C - Migrant Education Program Update Session. This session is designed specifically for LEA’s Migrant Program Director, Coordinator, or Lead, new to the Title 1 Part C - Migrant Education Program. During this session, participants will review state and federal requirements, including policies, procedures, and strategies required to meet the 2026-2027 ESSA - Title I Part C Migrant program requirements. Key topics will include Title I Part C Overview, Identification and Recruitment, Priority for service implementation and monitoring, and other relevant requirements and strategies.
