This interactive session will provide clear guidance on roles and responsibilities, effective communication, and documentation practices aligned with state guidance. Participants will also learn practical behavior management strategies, including understanding behavior functions, using proactive supports, reinforcing positive behavior, and supporting teacher-led plans. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use tools to strengthen student relationships and team collaboration.
