Substance Use Insights: Prevention In Practice- Fentanyl & Naloxone Virtual - 35905
Experts from Challenge of Tarrant County will share up to date information and trends regarding the use of fentanyl in our youth and will complete the session with a Naloxone training. Upon completion of this session, as a trained layperson, a naloxone overdose rescue device will be delivered to you.

Objectives
Campus staff and district support staff will be exposed to the dangers of and recognizing overdose symptoms, administering naloxone, and implementing emergency protocols as well as gaining foundational knowledge on fentanyl addiction and identifying the common risk factors associated with opioid overdose.
