The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) 101: Determining Eligibility course helps administrators and TIA leads understand the TIA eligibility process. It offers a straightforward guide on completing the TIA application, including entering district information, categorizing and weighting teaching assignments, and identifying eligible teachers and campuses. The course combines theory with practical tips to ensure a clear understanding of determining and optimizing TIA eligibility. We highly encourage TIA leads to bring along a collaborative team member or two from your district.
