Safe and Civil Schools CHAMPS: A Proactive and Positive Approach to Classroom Management- Teachers PK-8 - 34921
In this interactive professional learning session, participants will explore the CHAMPS framework, a proactive approach to creating a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment. CHAMPS stands for Conversation, Help, Activity, Movement, and Participation, and it provides educators with clear expectations for student behavior and engagement. Through practical strategies and real-life examples, educators will learn how to implement CHAMPS in their classrooms to promote respectful and responsible behavior, enhance student engagement, and minimize disruptions. Whether you're new to the CHAMPS framework or looking to refine your implementation, this session will provide you with the tools and confidence to create a classroom environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
