Esperanza: A Spanish Multisensory Language Program - 34864

Esperanza is a multisensory, structured, systematic program for the teaching of reading, writing, and spelling to students who struggle with Spanish literacy and language skills. This is a two-day training to help Bilingual teachers and/or Dyslexia teachers understand the intervention process. Participants will be able to engage in hands-on activities, which will help them implement the Esperanza program. This session aligns with the dyslexia component of the TEA Self-Assessment.

Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the Esperanza program and its multisensory, structured, and systematic approach to teaching reading, writing, and spelling to students struggling with Spanish literacy and language skills. Through hands-on activities that simulate the intervention process, participants will also gain the tools and strategies needed to effectively implement the program.
