New Superintendents Academy Monthly Meetings are intended to support new Superintendents in Region 11. Topics will include Prep for Quarterly Reviews, Taking Care of Your District, Working with Your Board, Personnel, Prepping for MOY, Managing a Bond, Prep for Quarterly Review, Understanding Operations, Security, Planning for Summer, Finalizing EOY Plans, Public Relations/Communications, Budget and Finance.
