Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) offers comprehensive professional development for administrators and teacher leaders, focusing on enhancing teaching effectiveness through feedback, data-driven meetings, and student-centered culture. One of our flagship programs, Observation and Feedback (ObFb), enables leaders to establish effective systems for supporting teachers with short-cycle observation and feedback. This training enhances both leader and teacher capacity through feedback meetings to practice new skills. Leaders receive tools for consistent follow-through in their support efforts.
