It begins with an overview of the Significant Disproportionality regulations and its methodology before exploring SD data calculations, reporting, and helpful resources. This session is aligned with 16. Disproportionality- Behavior and 17. Disproportionality- Identification and Placement component(s) of the TEA-required self-assessment and SPP Indicator(s) 9. Disproportionate Representation Special Education and 10. Disproportionate Representation Disability Category. **This is REQUIRED TRAINING for LEAs assigned an SD YEAR 3 designation.
