Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) is a suite of trainings to support district and campus administrators and teacher leaders with developing a systematic way of providing teacher feedback, facilitating data meetings, aligning lesson plans and formative assessments, and building a strong student culture. TIL Observation and Feedback provide leaders with the skills to develop a solid implementation plan and calendar blocking. (from Check Ins) Check-in calls and coaching sessions with an ESC coach provide the Principal Manager(s) with the skills to provide feedback and monitor campus leaders' TIL Observation and Feedback implementation plan. (from Coaching) Coaching sessions with an ESC coach provide Principal Manager(s) with the skills to provide feedback to campus leaders on their implementation of the TIL Observation and Feedback levers.
