Join us for an engaging day to discover how to implement a framework powered by the Texas Lesson Study process and tools to provide a systematic, yet customized PLC model for your campus. This training is for anyone leading (or who may/will lead) PLCs (e.g., teacher leaders, instructional coaches, administrators).

Objectives
Participants will understand how to elevate professional learning communities by using the Texas Lesson Study process and tools and how this process aligns to state, district, and campus initiatives and instructional materials.
Participants will analyze and internalize the TXLS PLC tools and resources to develop a systematic plan for problem-solving, collective teams.
