In this session, participants will learn basic desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting (including network connectivity), terminology, driver status, and Windows updates. The goal is to provide an opportunity for new and existing campus or district-level technicians to learn new skills and enhance existing skills to support staff and students in the everyday workflow of a school day.
