Elevating Success Workshop #4 Self-Assessment & ESF Diagnostic Process - 27673
Our Elevating Success series concludes by exploring the Self-Assessment and ESF Diagnostic Process. The ESF diagnostic process is a collaborative approach for all districts and campuses that want to fine-tune their continuous improvement efforts and focus. You will use your prior knowledge of the ESF Levers to understand how the collection of evidence (artifacts), focus group interviews, campus observations, and collaboration with an ESF facilitator who works alongside the campus principal and the principal's supervisor to use the ESF diagnostic to choose 2-3 high-leverage areas to highlight for that campus improvement plan.
