Identifying Your Values and Mindsets to Focus Your Work - 27598
Effective campus and district leaders will focus on identifying their values and ensuring what they say they value is genuinely driving their daily work. This workshop asks participants to evaluate their administrative values and mindsets and then reflect using artifacts such as their administrative calendar and/or team meeting agendas. Through reflection, participants decide if their professional values are the fabric and thread of their work and are woven into their daily actions.

Objectives
Participants will be able to identify professional values and reflect on current practices to see if they align and guide their daily work. Campus and district leaders will have their beliefs move to actionable results as we look at our values and mindsets and those of their employees. This clarity will result in actionable roles, responsibilities, and being intentional with our calendars/agendas.
