This micro professional development workshop focuses on the key components of mindfulness. Mindfulness tasks are modeled and participants are provided the opportunity to practice and think through how they can be more mindful in their everyday practices. The tips and techniques shared are simple enough to be shared with students of all ages! So, if you've been nervous about taking a dive into mindfulness, start with this novice-level course.
